Privacy
How images are processed and what data this editor version uses.
Controller and scope
FramyPic is a personal, free project without advertising. The controller is Pedro Andrés; his details and contact email appear at the end of this page. This policy covers framypic.com and the version of FramyPic hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Images and theme preference
The editor processes images in your browser memory. Its code does not send images, pixels or filenames to the operator or host. There are no accounts, remote history or image database. Editing resources are released when replacing the image, resetting or leaving the page; downloaded files remain under your control.
The only persistent application preference is image-editor-theme, stored in localStorage as light or dark when you choose a theme. It contains no images or personal identifiers and can be removed through your browser site-data settings.
Voluntary contact and purpose
If you write to [email protected], your email address, message and any details you include will be received. They are used to respond and manage your enquiry, based on the legitimate interest in handling voluntary communications and maintaining the service. They are not used for advertising or mailing lists.
You do not need to write or provide contact details to edit images. Avoid sending sensitive information, personal images or third-party data. Email is not embedded in the editor: opening the link starts your email application and sends nothing automatically.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as needed to respond and resolve the matter. Once it is closed, they are deleted when no longer needed; if a claim or legal duty applies, only necessary information is retained for the applicable periods. You can request erasure or raise an objection using the contact provided.
The theme preference stays in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Removing messages from the mailbox does not immediately erase all technical copies held by the provider; its deletion processes and periods apply.
Hosting, email and connection
Cloudflare Pages hosts and distributes site files. When you connect, Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical request data to deliver and protect the service. No visitor analytics, advertising or marketing tracking has been added to FramyPic code.
Contact uses Google Gmail. Providers may process data to deliver and protect their services and for their own purposes under their policies. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The linked policies explain their practices and transfer safeguards; no claim is made that all data remains in Spain or that the operator controls their technical retention periods.
The operator does not create a visitor database or export individual access logs. Any future use of analytics, advertising or additional logging will require reviewing this information and configuration before activation.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by emailing the contact provided. Do not attach identity documents unless necessary and requested through a suitable channel. FramyPic does not make automated decisions about you or create profiles.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). If consent is used for any future purpose, you may withdraw it without affecting processing before withdrawal.
